We heavily invest in our dedicated staffing department to ensure all the facilities' needs are met. Some of our trained professionals that can be used at your facility include Lifeguards, Gate Attendants, Pool Attendants, Security, Law Enforcement, Janitorial, Admissions and Concessions.

 

During the Lifeguard shortage of 2021/2022 when a majority of municipalities, HOA’s and pool
companies either didn’t open their facilities or had a significant decrease in hours, Advanced
Aquatics NEVER closed a pool for staffing related issues. We are very proud of this and do not take closures lightly.

 

Additionally, we believe employee retention is a big part of continued success by building a staff of seasoned professionals. Some methods of retention include employee bonuses, scholarship opportunities and a company culture that encourages long-term relationships. Likewise, our training is unmatched, with our instructors having received certifications from all over the world with the latest methods and practices.

 

All secondary training is performed in-house as a Licensed Training Center with the American Red Cross. Management of our staff include many on-site Managers, Area Supervisors, Regional
Managers and a large Operation Staff.
